Helston
– July 2024
This tea green Cedral Lap project on a property in Helston wasn’t particularly challenging for the team, except for the limited space to work in.
The client mentioned how tidy the team was given, the space for them to operate in.
One of the things that we had to conscious of, was the render on this property and that of next doors, as scaffolding was up against their property as well.
The render is quite soft in that area and provisions were made, to ensure that both properties were not damaged during the installation process.
If you get the opportunity to read our reviews, you will see that our teams are very conscious about keeping tidy and ensuring they are respectful to clients and neighbour’s properties.
It is vitally important to us as a business, that we keep things tidy and ensure that we minimise any problematic issues that could give rise to damage to both client and neighbours property.
Not only that, it is important that our teams are friendly and explain what they are doing, as they go, but also keeping neighbours in loop, in terms of noise or how long we will be there.
Our teams ensure that our company is always represented in the best possible light – which is immensely important to us.
The reason why the client wanted to protect their property was due to the soft render and colouration, so Cedral Lap or Cedral Click cladding is perfect for this sort of thing.
Not only is Cedral good for weather proofing your property – which means, that you can rest assured that your property is not going to be effected by the elements, it is also the highest fire rated cladding product on the market.
Easy maintenance is another important product feature and the fact that, once fitted by regulated professionals, like Cornwall Elite Cladding, the product should last 50 years plus.
