The Roseland – St Mawes

This beautifully situated property overlooking St Mawes, is a completely tranquil setting for such a beautiful installation.
Probably one of the most challenging properties to access on the back streets of St Mawes, but we managed it in our ‘never say die’ type attitude.
The Silver Grey Smooth Cedral Click, was an inspired choice, with the sun beating down on it, as it shimmers in the light.
As with most clients, there is possibly apprehension, that are we going to be able to deliver on what we have promised in the first day or two. We understand this, as bill ourselves as the best Cornwall has to offer, so a lot to live up to.
As the client wasn’t there, we set up a WhatsApp group so they could see the progress on a day-to-day basis, which after day 2, they could quite easily see that we are the ‘real deal’, and they were getting exactly what they paid for.
Going the extra mile, we disposed of a glass canopy for the customer and had one of our technical team go out and find a leak for them, which was coming from the above balcony from where we were working.
We didn’t charge extra for doing so, and tend not, if the request is reasonable, but was nice to help find the leak as can be extremely troublesome without knowing where they are coming from.
It’s a very rewarding experience, when we are met with apprehension, as going from that point, to where they can’t praise you enough, makes it all worthwhile.
We won the contract initially because of some of the other work we had done on The Roseland, which meant they didn’t have far to travel to go see our work.
